Happy Birthday Ginger on a Mission!!!

Today marks ONE year since I launched Ginger on a Mission.  Wow... it has been a crazy year but the photos I am about to share with you make it so worth it!  These photos are all of children GOM donated money to who are now HOME forever.  They show that a family is worth so much!!

Katie and Woodie are home!  Look at the difference in their photos!! 

The Saunders family adopted two kids, one of which they hosted previously.  Look how free they are!

Channah, now Grace, is home and playing with a dollhouse like ever eleven year old girl should be!  

Grace also got to be in her FIRST first day of school photo.  She is also surprising everyone with how smart she is.  This girl can do division!

Katya is HOME!  She will get to enjoy a family that will also include a special sister, an exchange student from her birth country!

In our first year we raised over TWO THOUSAND dollars :)  We had booths at six different craft fairs.  I also was joined by so many awesome friends to help at craft fairs, help pin, cut, sew, you name it, I was so blessed with such awesome friends.  I am so excited to see how this next year goes!

July Numbers!

I know... I am getting slow at posting things!  In July we did a craft fair in Monticello, MN.  It was a great day.  It sprinkled the whole day but it didn't deter people from coming by!

We raised another $350 dollars!  Here is where it went:

$20 dollars went to 5/5/5 which takes five families adopting from five different countries each month.  People commit to donating five dollars a month.  You can find out more here!

$20 went to the Long family adopting Janie!!
  

$20 to Kayla who is longing for her own mommy!

$20 for the Greene family adopting Alejandro!

$40 for the Anderson family adopting two boys!

$30 for Zola who is being adopted by the Obenauf family!

$50 to the Jenks family adopting two teenagers with down syndrome!

$20 to Arlene who needs her family to find her!

$20 to Lynda who needs her forever family NOW!

$40 to the Bloom family.  They have already brought home three of their boys, but due to court issues are still working to bring Barton home!

$30 to Shawn who is adorable and waiting for his momma to scoop him up!

$20 to Nathan who is waiting to have a family to smile with!

$20 to AnnaMarie that needs a family to commit to her before she turns 16 and ages out!

In case you were wondering... since we opened last August we have raised $2255!!!  :)
